This transphobic bigotry from Whoopi Goldberg is outrageous and unacceptable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The conversation on \u201cThe View\u201d began with a montage of several of the justices\u2019 comments, beginning with <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/justice-sotomayor-compares-unborn-babies-to-braindead-people-reacting-to-stimuli\/\">Justice Sonia Sotomayor<\/a> \u2014 who, in addition to comparing unborn babies to braindead adults, claimed that the court might not ever recover from \u201cthe stench\u201d of overturning <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cViability, it seems to me, doesn\u2019t have anything to do with choice, but if it really is an issue about choice, why is 15 weeks not enough time?\u201d Chief Justice John Roberts argued.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/justice-amy-coney-barrett-brings-up-adoption-safe-haven-laws-during-mississippi-abortion-case-arguments\/\">Justice Amy Coney Barrett<\/a> noted that in both <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em> and <em>Planned Parenthood v. Casey<\/em>, the undue burden on the woman seeking an abortion stemmed from the duties and stresses of parenting \u2014 and she argued that adoption and safe-haven laws addressed that burden more directly.<\/p>\n<p>The final comment in the montage came from Alito, who said, \u201cThe fetus has an interest in having a life, and that doesn\u2019t change, does it?
