Rand Paul (R-Ky.) blamed American\u2019s vaccine hesitancy on misinformation spread by bureaucrats like Dr. Anthony Fauci. In an <a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/breitbart\/sen-rand-paul-r-ky-december-1-2021?utm_source=clipboard&amp;utm_campaign=wtshare&amp;utm_medium=widget&amp;utm_content=https%253A%252F%252Fsoundcloud.com%252Fbreitbart%252Fsen-rand-paul-r-ky-december-1-2021\">interview<\/a> on Wednesday, the Republican said \u201cbig government types\u201d cause people to be reluctant to get vaccinated, whereas conservative voices might encourage those same people.<\/p>\n<p>Paul added, Fauci issues edicts that reflect the authoritarian impulses of public health officials whose first instinct is to try to stop a disease by controlling people.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cHe thinks his opinion should somehow be made law and forced on all of us, whether we should be allowed to travel, whether we need a vaccine passport,\u201d explained the Kentucky lawmaker. \u201cVaccine hesitancy is a response to misinformation from Fauci and others.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Paul said he believes it\u2019s wrong not to consider natural immunity with regard to vaccine mandates and it\u2019s medical malpractice to vaccinate kids who\u2019ve already had COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe absolute hubris of someone claiming they represent science,\u201d he noted while taking to Twitter. \u201cIt\u2019s astounding and alarming that a public health bureaucrat would even think to claim such a thing, especially one who has worked so hard to ignore the science of natural immunity.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>MORE NEWS:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/va-physician-sues-for-right-to-treat-patients-for-covid-19\/\">Va.
