Tim Willis told reporters on Wednesday that multiple videos were recovered from the student\u2019s phone.<\/p>\n<p>The files included \u201ca video made by him the night before the incident wherein he talked about shooting and killing students the next day at Oxford High School.\u201d Willis said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFurther, a journal was recovered from [the student\u2019s] backpack also detailing his desire to shoot up a school to include murdering students,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The contents of the video have not been released to the public.<\/p>\n<p>The shooting suspect was charged with first-degree murder and terrorism, an Oakland County prosecutor announced on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The student is being charged as an adult and his name was released; however, The Daily Wire will not share his name pursuant to our policy against naming the perpetrators in mass casualty incidents. The shooter will also face seven counts of assault with intent to kill and 12 counts of possession of a firearm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis isn\u2019t even a close call,\u201d Oakland County prosecutor Karen McDonald told reporters on Wednesday during a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clickondetroit.com\/news\/local\/2021\/12\/01\/live-stream-oakland-county-prosecutors-office-announces-charges-in-oxford-high-school-shooting\/?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=snd&amp;utm_content=cod\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press conference<\/a>. \u201cThis was absolutely premeditated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a mountain of digital evidence,\u201d she added, noting that the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>Three students were reported dead on Tuesday.
