So, I would say that\u2019s not small potatoes,\u201d she told reporters aboard Air Force One on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Over the weekend, Fauci <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/transcript-dr-anthony-fauci-on-face-the-nation-november-28-2021\/\">appeared<\/a> on television and fueled panic in response to the new virus strain, even though it is unclear how dangerous it will be to the United States.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"9.3458646616541\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Dr. Anthony Fauci is a \u201csociopath\u201d and \u201cnarcissist\u201d who deserves to be in jail based on his \u201clie of omission\u201d in January 2020 alone, Peter Navarro told Breitbart News Saturday. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/dc6mpS9wcc\">https:\/\/t.co\/dc6mpS9wcc<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartNews\/status\/1462234515724767233?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 21, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Fauci was defiant against critics, asserting it was \u201cdangerous\u201d to question him because, \u201cI represent science.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also attacked states like Florida for pushing back against vaccine and mask mandates, even though vaccination rates in the state are high and coronavirus cases <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridatoday.com\/story\/news\/2021\/11\/30\/florida-vaccinations-rates-creep-up-amid-continued-drop-covid-19-cases\/8808309002\/\">continue<\/a> to drop.<\/p>\n<p>He also tried to restore the credibility of China\u2019s highly dubious animal wet market theory to explain the origin of the coronavirus, instead of a leak out of a lab.<\/p>\n<p>Fauci\u2019s interview only fueled additional Republican criticism, especially from Sens.
