Smollett\u2019s Mercedes can be seen circling the Streeterville intersection, showing the brothers the area where he wanted the attack to occur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In response to the supposed outlandish scene, Townhall.com\u2019s Guy Benson simply said, \u201cAmazing. We are with you, Jussie.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Of course, several commentators have wondered where these politicians are now that Smollett is on trial. They seem to have abandoned him at the stand.
