(Photo by Amy Osborne \/ AFP) (Photo credit should read AMY OSBORNE\/AFP\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Facebook measures employee sentiment twice a year in an internal survey named \u201cPulse.\u201d Business Insider gained access to recently leaked companywide results from the latest poll released to employees this month.<\/p>\n<p>Staff provided positive responses to a section called \u201cwhat everyone at Facebook thinks about their direct managers,\u201d which included categories like \u201cpeople\u201d with an 84 percent favorable response rate, \u201ccollaboration\u201d with an 83 percent favorable response rate, and \u201cteam impact\u201d with an 85 percent positive response rate.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>In sections about how employees felt about Facebook as a company, responses were less favorable. A section called \u201cwhat everyone at Facebook thinks about the company,\u201d received a 65 percent favorable response rate, a reduction by two percentage points from the previous survey conducted in early 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The survey showed that employees are losing confidence in leadership with favorable responses down seven points since the beginning of the year to 49 percent. 47 percent of employees answered favorably about their \u201cintent to stay,\u201d at Facebook, a decline of 2 percentage points compared to the previous survey.<\/p>\n<p>Responses for \u201coptimism\u201d fell 11 percentage points to 51 percent while \u201cpride\u201d fell seven percentage points to 55 percent. Another section titled \u201cwhat everyone at Facebook thinks about their personal experience,\u201d received 61 percent favorable responses, an increase of 1 percent compared to early 2021.<\/p>\n<p>A Facebook spokesperson commented:&nbsp;\u201cFeedback is a core part of our culture and we routinely conduct internal surveys among employees so we can learn where we\u2019re doing well or where we need to improve.
