A reverse image search reveals the X-ray actually shows the skull of an 11-year-old girl with a condition called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S088954061100583X\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hyperdontia<\/a>, which is defined by the presence of supernumerary teeth. The same image can be seen in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ajodo.org\/article\/S0889-5406%2811%2900583-X\/fulltext\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011 report<\/a> published by the American Journal of Orthodontics &amp; Dentofacial Orthopedics titled, \u201cMultiple hyperdontia: Report of an unusual case.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The cause of hyperdontia is currently unknown, though it is believed to be associated with some hereditary conditions such as Gardner\u2019s syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Fabry disease, cleft palate and lip and Cleidocranial dysplasia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/hyperdontia#causes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Healthline<\/a> reports. Anywhere between 1 and 4 percent of the population are estimated to experience hyperdontia, which is more than twice as common in males than females, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidsdentalonline.com\/hyperdontia-supernumerary-teeth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kidsdentalonline.com<\/a>.
