Circuit by the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) on behalf of <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2017\/06\/13\/exclusive-dnc-hackers-targeted-heritage-foundation-before-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Heritage<\/a>, stating that Biden\u2019s mandate enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) \u201cclearly encroaches on the police power of states expressly reserved by the Tenth Amendment,\u201d Fox News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/heritage-foundation-sues-biden-admin-vaccine-mandate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Heritage\u2019s new president Kevin Roberts, who will officially fill the position Wednesday, said although a lawsuit filed by the renowned think tank is out of the ordinary, it\u2019s become compulsory. <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/10\/14\/heritage-foundation-kevin-roberts-next-president\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>(RELATED: The Heritage Foundation Names Dr. Kevin Roberts Next President)<br \/><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Heritage Foundation has not historically filed lawsuits,\u201d Roberts said in a statement, according to Fox News. \u201cThat we are doing so now should make clear to any observer that we view this mandate as deadly serious threat to our individual liberty and the values that make America great.
