The two ex-lawyers for former President Donald Trump have both made incorrect allegations that the election was rigged against him, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usnews.com\/news\/national-news\/articles\/2021-06-24\/new-york-court-suspends-rudy-giulianis-law-license-for-lying-about-2020-election\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">U.S. News<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usnews.com\/news\/politics\/articles\/2021-05-13\/company-ex-trump-lawyer-raiding-nonprofit-for-personal-use\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">and World Report<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The image shows a Telegram post displaying a Nov. 19 tweet that reads, \u201cHold on\u2026 DOMINION LOST THEIR LAWSUIT TO RUDY GIULLIANI AND SIDNEY POWELL TODAY!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But, contrary to the post\u2019s claim, no record of the respective Dominion Voting Systems lawsuits against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacermonitor.com\/public\/case\/38034463\/US_DOMINION,_INC_et_al_v_GIULIANI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Giuliani<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacermonitor.com\/public\/case\/37834092\/US_DOMINION,_INC_et_al_v_POWELL_et_al\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Powell<\/a> ending on Nov. 19 could be found using the <a href=\"https:\/\/pacer.uscourts.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Public Access to Court Electronic Records<\/a> (PACER) service. If either case had ended that day, national news outlets would have reported it, yet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=Dominion+Giuliani+Powell&amp;oq=Dominion+Giuliani+Powell&amp;aqs=chrome..69i57j69i60l2j69i61.8995j0j7&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">none<\/a> have done so. As of press time, neither <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sidneypowell.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Powell<\/a> nor <a href=\"https:\/\/rudygiulianics.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Giuliani<\/a> have issued a statement claiming to have won, lost or settled the lawsuits in question.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s false. Both lawsuits are ongoing,\u201d Kay Stimson, a spokesperson for Dominion Voting Systems, confirmed to Check Your Fact in an email Monday. A similar claim, <a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/06\/01\/fact-check-dominion-voting-systems-lose-lawsuits-rudy-giuliani-sidney-powell\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">also found<\/a> by Check Your Fact to be false, previously circulated in late May.<\/p>\n<p>The Nov. 19 tweet that appears in the Telegram post no longer seems to be available.
