John Barrasso (R-WY), Chairman of the Senate Republican Conference, tore in President Joe Biden and the Democrats during a Fox News interview on Sunday, saying that Biden trying to pass a multi-trillion dollar partisan social spending bill while inflation is skyrocketing was equivalent to \u201cAlice in Wonderland logic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Barrasso, who made the remarks during an interview on \u201cFox News Sunday\u201d with fill-in host Trace Gallagher, was asked if now was the \u201ctime to inject trillions of dollars back into the economy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo, we have record inflation right now,\u201d Barrasso said. \u201cI view this as a back-breaking bill for the country with the kind of expenses, the spending, the adding to the debt, the inflation, the taxes that are going to hit the American people. And, you know, for Joe Biden to say we have to spend even more money on top of inflation, I mean, to me, this is \u2018Alice in Wonderland\u2019 logic. They \u2014 he said, oh, no, only if you make over $400,000 a year. That\u2019s not what the tax experts are telling us. They say one out of three middle class Americans will pay more in taxes.
