Jackson Women\u2019s Health Organization <\/em>as a \u201cshowdown,\u201d an \u201call-or-nothing abortion fight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/05\/17\/supreme-court-to-hear-historic-mississippi-abortion-case\/\">case<\/a>&nbsp;involves a challenge to Mississippi\u2019s Gestational Age Act, a measure that would limit abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy, and poses&nbsp;the most significant&nbsp;challenge&nbsp;in decades to the right to abortion created by the Supreme Court in its&nbsp;<em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>&nbsp;decision in 1973.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cScience continually affirms the humanity of unborn children,\u201d said Dannenfelser in a recent statement as her organization <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/science\/2021\/11\/17\/national-pro-life-group-launches-10m-ad-campaign-ahead-of-supreme-court-abortion-case\/\">announced<\/a> its ad campaign ahead of the opening arguments:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"15\">\n<p>By 15 weeks, children in the womb have fully formed noses and lips, eyelids and eyebrows; they can suck their thumb, and even feel pain. The U.S. is one of seven nations \u2013 including China and North Korea \u2013 that allow late-term abortion on demand more than halfway through pregnancy, well after unborn babies feel pain. Americans overwhelmingly reject such extreme policies, yet their elected lawmakers are shackled to Supreme Court precedents that, in effect, allow unlimited abortion up until birth \u2013 these are needlessly divisive and decades out of step with medicine and technology.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Abortion industry giant Planned Parenthood, however, is concerned about girls and women \u201caccessing\u201d abortion, and warns that overturning <em>Roe<\/em> could lead to more states banning abortion. The organization has tied its quest to ensure access to abortion remains unrestricted to the woke \u201cequity\u201d narrative, though studies have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/08\/27\/studies-confirm-abortion-major-cause-of-death-for-blacks\/\">confirmed<\/a> abortion is a \u201cmajor cause of death\u201d and one \u201cwhich disproportionately affects a racial minority.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"13.263157894737\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">If Roe v.
