A majority, 53.1 percent disapprove of Biden\u2019s job performance, giving him a net negative of 11.5 percent.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Every single poll listed showed Biden\u2019s approval underwater, several by double digits. The <em>USA Today<\/em>\/Suffolk survey, for instance, has Biden underwater by 21 percent, garnering an abysmal 38 percent approval rating. Similarly, Federalist\/Susquehanna showed Biden -16, with 36 percent approving and 52 percent disapproving.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The downward trend for Biden follows a string of issues concerning the American people, including the economy, as inflation hits hard and food and gas prices skyrocket this holiday season.<\/p>\n<p>While Biden originally <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/11\/joe-biden-finally-admits-inflation-is-worrisome-three-months-after-dismissing-it-as-temporary\/\">dismissed<\/a> inflation as a temporary problem, he admitted this month that it is, indeed, \u201cworrisome.\u201d This week, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/news\/biden-orders-50m-barrels-from-emergency-oil-stockpile-to-bring-down-gas-prices\/\">Biden<\/a> \u201cordered&nbsp;the release of tens of millions of barrels of oil from the strategic reserve in a move to bring down prices at the pump\u201d \u2014 a move that many criticized, asserting that such measures should not be used to reverse bad policy.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s downward spiral in approval ratings also comes months after Biden\u2019s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, where 13 U.S. servicemembers lost their lives and Americans were left behind, as Biden abided by the Taliban-approved timeline for withdrawal.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, President Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/23\/joe-biden-leaves-early-for-thanksgiving-vacation-in-nantucket-no-plan-to-visit-victims-of-waukesha-christmas-parade-attack\/\">departed<\/a> early for his Thanksgiving vacation in Nantucket this week as word of another coronavirus variant of concern began to emerge, prompting the United Kingdom to suspend flights from South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini, Namibia and Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>President Joe Biden\u2019s approval rating is now underwater by double digits, over 10 months into his presidency, Friday\u2019s RealClearPolitics\u2019 average shows.
