This is a theatrical-only release.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, no one can blame the pandemic. Plenty of movies are opening just fine.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>How bad is this?<\/p>\n<p>Oh, it\u2019s bad.<\/p>\n<p>By comparison, one of Disney\u2019s biggest bombs, <em>The Good Dinosaur,<\/em> grossed $55.4 million over the five-day Thanksgiving weekend.<\/p>\n<p>This is also the second time Hollywood\u2019s precious Lin-Manuel Miranda has failed to juice the box office this year. His live-action musical, <em>In the Heights, <\/em>opened to a devastating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2021\/06\/14\/nolte-in-the-heights-is-hollywoods-umpteenth-woke-box-office-fail\/\">$11 million<\/a>&nbsp;back in June. This, after the so-called experts predicted it would haul in up to $50 million.<\/p>\n<p>Well, this is what happens to an industry that\u2019s lost touch with its audience. Outside of Manhattan and Los Angeles, no one knows or cares who Lin-Manuel Miranda is. And those of us who do know him find his woketardery obnoxious and off-putting. He\u2019s not here to entertain. He\u2019s here to <em>lecture!<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>So why did <em>Encanto <\/em>flop?<\/p>\n<p>I have no idea.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Although I\u2019m sure the far-left entertainment media will soon blame this failure on \u201cracist\u201d Americans ignoring a movie set in Colombia, that holds no water. Disney\u2019s <em>Coco<\/em> (2017) was set in Mexico and grossed $210 million in the U.S. and almost $900 million worldwide<em>. <\/em>Disney\u2019s <em>Moana<\/em> (2016) was set in Polynesia and grossed $250 million in the U.S. and nearly $650 million worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever the reason, here\u2019s what should worry Disney\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Disney couldn\u2019t open this sucker.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>If there is one area where the Walt Disney Co. outshines all others, and by a country mile, it is\/was the ability to open a movie. Not only is the Disney brand itself magic, but Disney has the greatest opening machine we\u2019ve ever seen.<\/p>\n<p>Well, not so much anymore, and I blame Disney\u2019s Woke Nazism for tarnishing the brand, for monkey-wrenching the machine.<\/p>\n<p>Disney\u2019s brand problems began with squatting over its <em>Star Wars<\/em> brand and dropping a dump of woke all over it.<\/p>\n<p>Disney\u2019s brand problems got worse when these fascist China-humpers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2021\/02\/11\/disney-under-heavy-fire-after-lucasfilm-drops-actress-gina-carano-canceldisneyplus-becomes-top-trending-topic-on-twitter\/\">blacklisted<\/a> Gina Carano for the sin of rejecting servitude on the Woke Plantation.<\/p>\n<p>Disney is open and strident about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2021\/05\/08\/report-walt-disney-co-promotes-critical-race-theory-to-employees-telling-them-to-reject-equality-and-strive-for-equity\/\">its racist<\/a> and intolerant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2016\/03\/23\/disney-threatens-to-boycott-georgia-over-religious-freedom-bill\/\">left-wing politics<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Disney is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2017\/03\/01\/disneys-goes-gay-beauty-beast\/\">destroying<\/a> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2021\/06\/02\/disney-channels-the-proud-family-getting-woke-reboot-with-gay-dads\/\">innocence<\/a> of children with its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/local\/2015\/07\/01\/disney-castle-lit-up-with-gay-pride-social-media-erupts\/\">appalling<\/a> embrace of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2019\/02\/13\/andi-mack-marks-first-disney-channel-character-to-say-im-gay\/\">sexual politics<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And now Disney has no <em>Star Wars<\/em> film franchise, its streaming service is under-performing, its Marvel franchise has stumbled, and it didn\u2019t open a no-brainer like <em>Encanto.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Disney has worked overtime to tarnish a once trusted and beloved brand by all Americans, most especially parents.<\/p>\n<p>Disney used to entertain and inspire. Now it lectures and perverts, and those chickens are coming home to roost.<\/p>\n<p>Lol.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere at the box office, the non-woke <em>Ghostbusters: Afterlife<\/em> had a terrific second weekend with a $34 million haul, which puts its gross at $87 million. <em>House of Gucci<\/em> is doing pretty well with a $22 million opener.
