It said all three are vaccinated but that it is currently looking into their exact vaccination status.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-194 Component-p-0-2-185\">A new coronavirus variant has been detected in South Africa that scientists say is a concern because of its high number of mutations and rapid spread among young people in Gauteng, the country\u2019s most populous province.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-194 Component-p-0-2-185\">Late Thursday, the government declared South Africa and six other African nations to be \u201cred countries\u201d from which foreign nationals are barred from traveling to Israel. Israelis returning from those countries must undergo a period of isolation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-194 Component-p-0-2-185\">Israel launched one of the world\u2019s first and most successful vaccination campaigns late last year, and nearly half the population has received a booster shot.
