A full-blown heart attack,\u201d his mother, Regina Alfaro, explained. \u201cI had three stints put in that day and later 3 more stints. He saved my life. If it wasn\u2019t for him I wouldn\u2019t be here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The family was on their way home from JD\u2019s football practice when she began experiencing acute pain. She told the boy not to be concerned, but he immediately called 911 for help.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cI wanted to call 911 because she was screaming in pain and I was crying too,\u201d JD noted. \u201cI needed to save her. I am not letting my mama down. She has been here for me and I am going to be there for her. That\u2019s how you know she\u2019s a real perfect mom.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cShe cares a lot about me and her family and she\u2019s a great loving mom for everybody,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">On what appeared to be her Facebook page, Alfaro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/regina.n.alfaro\/posts\/4798458156832579\">shared<\/a> photos of the little boy standing with his award alongside first responders.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cNot only am I proud of this boy, but thankful God gave him to me!\u201d she wrote:<\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-post\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/regina.n.alfaro\/posts\/4798458156832579\" data-width=\"640\" readability=\"23.04609929078\">\n<blockquote cite=\"https:\/\/graph.facebook.com\/100000053274977\/posts\/4798458156832579\/\" class=\"fb-xfbml-parse-ignore\" readability=\"6.8794326241135\">\n<p>It\u2019s my turn! So thankful JD was brave enough to call for help, he\u2019s amazing!\u201d one person <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/regina.n.alfaro\/posts\/4798458156832579?comment_id=4798549333490128\">commented<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cRegina, I am so glad that you are doing well!
