Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) slammed the Biden administration over the growing inflation problem ahead of the holidays.<\/p>\n<p>Crenshaw called the administration \u201ca joke\u201d with its handling of the rising inflation. He argued that \u201cinflation isn\u2019t going away any time soon.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThis administration has become a joke, and inflation isn\u2019t going away any time soon,\u201d Crenshaw outlined. \u201cA lot of the estimates are that this Thanksgiving will be about 15-20% more expensive than before, and it\u2019s demand-driven inflation. And all they want to do is pump more money back into the system, wasteful money, through the Build Back Better plan.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>He continued, \u201cYou know, right now, there\u2019s $4.7 trillion in people\u2019s checking accounts across America. That\u2019s three times more than pre-pandemic levels, OK? So there was a 35% increase in individual transfers from government to people over the last year, so \u2026 this should help you understand where this is coming from and why we have a worker shortage because people can afford to stay-at-home because they\u2019ve been given lots and lots of checks by the government. And this has to stop, even if it doesn\u2019t feel nice.
