The agents apprehended the migrants in south Laredo near a busy highway.<\/p>\n<p>Laredo Sector Chief Patrol Agent Matthew Hudak tweeted a drone video showing a group of migrants attempting to cross U.S. Highway 83 in southern Laredo.
