Implicit bias training is a key component of critical race theory (CRT), the woke agenda that has sparked a culture war and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?client=internal-element-cse&amp;cx=partner-pub-9229289037503472:6795176714&amp;q=https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/parents-matter-in-education-glenn-youngkin-makes-final-case-for-tuesday-victory\/&amp;sa=U&amp;ved=2ahUKEwiL94qf46_0AhVELX0KHfW6DUgQFnoECAUQAg&amp;usg=AOvVaw11-xr0m5xYdkkWBCmS7UFz\">pushed<\/a>&nbsp;Virginia Governor-elect Glenn Youngkin to victory earlier this month.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>O\u2019Malley said these trainings took place in \u201cthree to four hour\u201d sessions and were led by a \u201cracial equity trainer.\u201d \u201cThey started pushing us to recruit employees to be part of it,\u201d O\u2019Malley said of the training.<\/p>\n<p>Around the same time, O\u2019Malley attended a \u201csafe space\u201d meeting meant for employees to ask questions. According to&nbsp;<i>the Federalist:<\/i><\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"12\">\n<p>\u201cI think they just assumed that I\u2019d be on board with this because I foster children of all races and sexualities,\u201d he said. \u201cBut I started asking questions about equality of outcome and equality of opportunity and I could tell that they weren\u2019t too thrilled with me about that.\u201d \u201cYou were supposed to be able to offer your ideas, and so I suggested Thomas Sowell as an author to have some diversity of thought, and they told me that that\u2019s not really what the DEI committee is about,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>However, it is not just the Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania pushing this identity politics agenda. (Photo by Chip Somodevilla\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Dickenson joined Goodwill Industries International in June 2021, primarily due to her&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dune.une.edu\/cgi\/viewcontent.cgi?article=1184&amp;context=theses\">writings<\/a>&nbsp;about the \u201cracial microaggressions\u201d black women face in the public sector work environment.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Goodwill International\u2019s website has a three-part&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodwill.org\/blog\/career-and-financial-advice\/microaggressions-and-the-harm-they-cause\/\">series<\/a>&nbsp;on \u201cmicroaggressions and the harm they cause.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Goodwill is not the only American company pushing the leftist agenda onto its employees.<\/p>\n<p>Christopher Rufo, a prominent anti-CRT activist, published internal documents from AT&amp;T showing an affinity for CRT and anti-white racism. \u201cWhite America, if you want to know who\u2019s responsible for racism, look in the mirror,\u201d&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.city-journal.org\/att-racial-reeducation-program\">reads<\/a>&nbsp;one of the AT&amp;T documents.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Delta CEO Ed Bastian&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/delta-now-opposes-georgias-elections-bill-activists-ramp\/story?id=76789220\">parroted<\/a>&nbsp;Democrat Party talking points after Georgia passed their voter ID law in March. \u201cIt\u2019s evident that the bill includes provisions that will make it harder for many underrepresented voters, particularly Black voters, to exercise their constitutional right to elect their representatives. That is wrong,\u201d Bastian said.<\/p>\n<p>Delta recently announced their unvaccinated employees must pay a $200 monthly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/coronavirus-live-updates\/2021\/08\/25\/1030949428\/delta-covid-unvaccinated-employees-monthly-charge-200-dollars\">fine<\/a>&nbsp;until they take the vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>Further, PulteGroup, the nation\u2019s third-largest home construction company,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2021\/11\/goodwill-employee-terminated-raising-concerns-anti-white-crt-staff-training-pushed-walmart-att-delta\/\">launched<\/a>&nbsp;a \u201cdiversity board.\u201d The diversity board was commended by CEO Ryan Marshall, and it will institute \u201cconscious bias training,\u201d which is similar to implicit bias training.
