Vote from Home. Text \u2018Hillary\u2019 to 59925. Vote for Hillary and be a part of history\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the complaint, more than 4,900 people \u2018cast their vote via text message.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Buzzfeed News said they sent a text message to the number and Hillary Clinton\u2019s campaign actually responded and redirected people to the proper channels.<\/p>\n<p>So how many people just sent a text message out of curiosity and didn\u2019t actually fall for the meme?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-104814\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_8155.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"1188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_8155.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_8155-189x300.jpg 189w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_8155-646x1024.jpg 646w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_8155-675x1069.jpg 675w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/IMG_8155-480x760.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The most chilling part of the indictment is the criminalization of normal political speech and banter:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cStarting in at least 2015, MACKEY participated in numerous Group DMs. These groups, which at times included dozens of individuals, and at times had overlapping membership, served as forums for the participants to share, among other things, their views concerning how best to influence the Election. Among other things, MACKEY and the members of these groups used the Group DMs to create, refine and share memes and hashtags that members of the groups would subsequently post and distribute.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>An example of the criminal behavior describes Mackey and his friends on Twitter joking around in private groups about trolling \u201cshitlibs\u201d with memes:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cFor example, on or about December 22, 2015, MACKEY and his associates exchanged messaged in the Fed Free Hatechat relating to memes suggesting that certain voters were hiding their desire to vote for a Presidential candidate from on of the two main political parties (\u201cCandidate 2\u201d). MACKEY stated, using MACKEY Account 1, \u201cIt\u2019s actually a great meme to spread, make all these shitlibs think they\u2019re (sic) friends are secretly voting for (Candidate2)\u201d.
