But, Rittenhouse said, he had no running water for about a month, starting October 30, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>He did not want to get on the jail guards\u2019 \u201cbad side,\u201d Rittenhouse said, so he kept his mouth shut about the water. He claimed he was unable to shower until the end of November.<\/p>\n<p>When he was finally out and able to access a shower, he said he spent three hours washing up.
