The criminal complaint from the incident <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/us\/live-news\/wisconsin-waukesha-christmas-parade-car-plow-11-22-21\/index.html\">says<\/a> that \u201cofficers observed tire tracks on her left pants leg.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The suspect was later released on $1,000 bail, which the Milwaukee Co. District Attorney said in statement today was \u201cinappropriately low in light of the nature of the recent charges and the pending charges\u201d against the suspect. \u201cThe bail recommendation in this case is not consistent with the approach of the Milwaukee County District Attorney\u2019s Office toward matters involving violent crime, nor was it consistent with the risk assessment of the defendant prior to setting of bail,\u201d the statement added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have information that the suspect prior to the incident was involved in domestic disturbance, which is just minutes prior and the suspect left that scene just prior to our arrival to the domestic disturbance,\u201d Thompson said. \u201cSubject was taken into custody a short distance from the scene and we are confident he acted alone.
