For now, we focus on the updated Associated Press top-25.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The big move is by Ohio State who jump three spots to No. 2 following an absolute shellacking of No. 7 Michigan State. The Buckeyes held a 49-0 lead at halftime, and Ohio State quarterback CJ Stroud made his case for the Heisman, completing 32-35 passes for 432 yards and six touchdowns.<\/p>\n<p>Alabama and Cincinnati moved back a spot to No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. Cincinnati had their own impressive win, beating SMU 48-14. Quarterback Desmond Ridder finished the day 17-23 for 274 yards and three touchdowns through the air, rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown, and added the first receiving touchdown of his illustrious career for good measure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Notre Dame moved up to No. 5, still with a legitimate shot of making the CFP, depending on what happens ahead of them. Alabama would likely have to lose in the SEC Championship Game in order for the Irish to have a chance of sneaking into the top-four.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Michigan jumps two spots to No. 6 ahead of their massive matchup against Ohio State on Saturday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oklahoma State (7), Ole Miss (8), Baylor (9), and Oklahoma (10) round out the top-10.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Utes jump from No. 24 to No. 16 following their win over Oregon, and UTSA remains at No. 15 after their last second win over UAB to remain undefeated.
