Kathy Hochul leads her top primary challenger by double-digits in her bid to win a full term as governor in 2022, a new poll shows.<\/p>\n<p>Hochul leads New York Attorney General Letitia James 36-22 in a Data for Progress <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/states\/f\/?id=0000017d-4434-d3c9-a77d-4fbe68d90000\">poll<\/a> released Monday, with former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who resigned in August following allegations that he sexually harassed multiple women and covered up coronavirus-related nursing home deaths, receiving 15% support. Without Cuomo in the mix, Hochul\u2019s lead over James grows to 39-24, with no other candidate receiving more than 9%.<\/p>\n<p>In a head-to-head <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filesforprogress.org\/datasets\/2021\/11\/dfp_ny_gov_d_primary_crosstabs.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">matchup<\/a>, Hochul leads James 46-35 with 19% undecided, the poll showed, though they were both viewed favorably by wide margins.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7325215\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" readability=\"34\">\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-7325215\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">New York Attorney General Letitia James presents the findings of an independent investigation into accusations by multiple women that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed them on August 3. (David Dee Delgado\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>James <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/10\/29\/new-york-attorney-general-letitia-james-launches-bid-for-governor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">launched a bid to unseat Hochul<\/a> in October, two months after the lieutenant governor was <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/24\/kathy-hochul-swornin-first-female-governor-andrew-cuomo-disgrace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sworn in<\/a> as Cuomo\u2019s successor. As attorney general, James oversaw the investigation into the wide-ranging allegations against Cuomo and led lawsuits against <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/02\/17\/new-york-sues-amazon-jeopardizing-workers-safety\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Amazon<\/a>, former President Donald Trump and the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/08\/06\/trump-nra-relocate-texas-new-york-ag-files-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Rifle Association<\/a>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/08\/03\/new-york-attorney-general-letitia-james-andrew-cuomo-sexually-harassment-women\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Gov.
