There is only one solution to this mess: Making vaccinations mandatory for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This sentiment was backed up by&nbsp;Green Party politician and doctor Paula Piechotta, who claimed that making vaccines required would be less disruptive than the government introducing another national lockdown.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf we can\u2019t achieve sufficient vaccination rates on a non-mandatory basis, we have to talk about vaccine mandates, especially for people who work in vulnerable settings like nursing homes and hospitals,\u201d the Green lawmaker said.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"7.5903614457831\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Arguing For New Lockdowns, German Scientists Warn of \u2018Really Terrible Christmas\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/gkp4PteEWQ\">https:\/\/t.co\/gkp4PteEWQ<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart London (@BreitbartLondon) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartLondon\/status\/1461287567806984196?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 18, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>The prime minister of the state of Bavaria and the leader of the influential Christian Social Union,&nbsp;Markus S\u00f6der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berliner-zeitung.de\/news\/corona-soeder-fuer-allgemeine-impfpflicht-in-deutschland-li.195941\">said<\/a> on Friday that he believed that Germany \u201cwill not be able to avoid compulsory vaccination\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6der said that if the government fails to require people to take the jab, then there will be \u201can endless loop with this corona crap\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>On Monday, the leader of the Social Democrats (SPD) and the likely successor to Angela Merkel as next chancellor of Germany, Olaf Sholz, said that mandatory vaccines should be considered, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2021\/11\/17\/likely-merkel-successor-sholz-says-mandatory-vaccinations-should-be-on-the-table\/\">saying<\/a>:&nbsp;\u201cI think it\u2019s right that we have started a discussion about whether this should be done.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While Merkel herself has stopped short of calling for mandatory vaccines, she urged her countrymen to get jabbed earlier this month, saying that getting vaccinated is the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2021\/11\/14\/angela-merkel-proclaims-its-the-duty-of-citizens-to-get-vaccinated\/\">duty<\/a>\u201d of German citizens.<\/p>\n<p>There has been some pushback against the idea, however, with Foreign Minister&nbsp;Heiko Maas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/de-de\/nachrichten\/politik\/maas-in-deutschland-keine-allgemeine-impfpflicht\/ar-AAQVVKB\">saying<\/a> on Friday that there \u201cwon\u2019t be\u201d any vaccine mandates introduced.
