The video shows a man who identified himself as Clyde McLemore, founder of the Lake County, Illinois, chapter of Black Lives Matter, is seen in the video pushing forward and repeatedly touching the man\u2019s sound system.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is what\u2019s wrong with America,\u201d the Rittenhouse supporter continued. \u201cThey think that they can touch other people\u2019s property.\u201d A short time later, McLemore appears to push the man from behind causing a minor scuffle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis man is a walking contradiction,\u201d the man continues. \u201cHe asked me to leave, but he won\u2019t let me leave. So you can see, he\u2019s nothing but a liar and an instigator.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Police in Kenosha, Wisconsin, arrested McLemore earlier this year for his alleged actions during last year\u2019s protest following the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/jacob-blake\/\">Jacob Blake shooting<\/a>. Prosecutors charged McLemore with attempted battery to a law enforcement officer \u2014 a felony. He also was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, <em>Kenosha News<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenoshanews.com\/news\/local\/crime-and-courts\/activist-facing-felony-misdemeanor-charges-for-alleged-actions-during-blake-protests\/article_14b3deeb-0c1d-516b-ac76-8e0ad5ef2ca4.html\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The local news outlet later <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenoshanews.com\/news\/local\/crime-and-courts\/watch-now-attorney-unsuccessfully-tries-to-get-kenosha-charges-against-illinois-blm-leader-dropped\/article_d2282869-a371-5c1d-8d85-539b18c03948.html\">reported<\/a> that a defense attorney failed to get the charges against McLemore dropped. The charges against the Black Lives Matter activist followed a decision by prosecutors<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/law-and-order\/2021\/01\/05\/jacob-blake-no-charges-kenosha\/\"> not the charge the police officer<\/a> involved in the Blake shooting.<\/p>\n<p>Protesters for and against Rittenhouse gathered on the steps of the courthouse in Kenosha on Friday afternoon after a jury found the 18-year-old man <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/law-and-order\/2021\/11\/19\/verdict-kyle-rittenhouse-found-not-guilty-on-all-charges\/\">not guilty on all five counts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\" readability=\"28.179092382496\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\" readability=\"34.487844408428\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/author\/bob-price\/\"><em>Bob Price<\/em><\/a><em>&nbsp;serves as associate editor and senior news contributor for the&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/border\/\"><em>Breitbart Texas-Border team<\/em><\/a><em>.
