Joe Biden and Jen Psaki must cease and desist from pushing small businesses into compliance with this illegal edict.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;Joe&nbsp;Biden White House, through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), is attempting to enforce a vaccine mandate for private employers&nbsp;with 100 or more staff members. The&nbsp;mandate has faced massive legal pushback. It was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/06\/federal-appeals-court-temporarily-halts-bidens-vaccine-mandate\/\">halted<\/a>&nbsp;for the second time earlier this month by the&nbsp;Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.
