Chacon was <a href=\"http:\/\/inmate.kenoshajs.org\/NewWorld.InmateInquiry\/kenosha\/Inmate\/Detail\/-598650\">also charged<\/a> with felony bail jumping. In January of this year, Chacon was also charged with felony substantial battery with the intent to commit bodily harm.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>NOLO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nolo.com\/legal-encyclopedia\/bail-jumping-failing-appear-after-bailing-out.html\">defines<\/a> bail jumping as the \u201cdefendant failing to show up in court (thereby forfeiting bond) and then failing to surrender within a set time period.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"11.086956521739\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Breaking: The second belligerent anti-<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Rittenhouse?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Rittenhouse<\/a> protester arrested outside the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Kenosha?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Kenosha<\/a> courthouse is local <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/BLM?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#BLM<\/a> leader, Shaquita Lashia Cornelious, who crossed state lines from Zion, Ill.
