She added:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"9\">\n<p>They are essentially implementing components or versions of these vaccine requirements because they know it\u2019s in the interest of their workforces, to protect their workforces, to make sure they can bring more people back to the work force. We certainly see that as a positive sign.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe are still heading towards the same timeline, the Department of Justice is vigorously defending the emergency temporary standard in court, and we are confident in OSHA\u2019s authority,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"8.7793427230047\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">WATCH: Despite two court orders to stop the OSHA federal vaccine mandate, the White House Press Secretary says, &#8220;Nothing has changed.&#8221;<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/1Fn4oFrSVT\">pic.twitter.com\/1Fn4oFrSVT<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Election Wizard (@ElectionWiz) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ElectionWiz\/status\/1461436907896909824?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 18, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Psaki essentially repeated what White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said shortly after the court ruled on the stay.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople should not wait,\u201d Jean-Pierre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/08\/biden-white-house-tells-businesses-follow-vaccine-mandate-despite-court-block\/\">said<\/a>. \u201cThey should continue to move forward and make sure they\u2019re getting their workplace vaccinated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This past September, President Biden announced that the Department of Labor\u2019s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will mandate that private companies with 100 or more employees implement vaccine requirements or require weekly negative tests. The president waited nearly two months before&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/04\/biden-administration-vaccine-mandate\/\">releasing<\/a>&nbsp;the details&nbsp;of his plan, which would not have even taken effect until January of 2022.
