One family member asked for prayers in a Facebook post.&nbsp;Public records show Elbanna as the owner of an Arlington wholesale business and has multiple children.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The arrest warrant affidavits said before the shooting, police were searching for the same suspects regarding another armed robbery.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThe documents say they stole two cell phones by holding up two females at gunpoint. The robbery victims tracked the location of the phones to NorthPark Center and gave police a description of the robbers,\u201d the Fox report continued.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"7.5187969924812\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Dallas police said four people tried to rob a 60-year-old man as he was loading items he&#8217;d just bought at Costco into his SUV. A juvenile shooter hit him with one fatal shot. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/UkEEJeUFnU\">https:\/\/t.co\/UkEEJeUFnU<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/RakNuxS2YG\">pic.twitter.com\/RakNuxS2YG<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 FOX 4 NEWS (@FOX4) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FOX4\/status\/1461385037870510091?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 18, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The individuals were also spotted on surveillance footage at the mall.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said the suspects were driving a stolen black Ford truck similar to the one witnesses saw outside Costco.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCourt documents say the suspect descriptions were passed on to patrol officers who found the stolen pickup truck in an apartment complex that police did not name. They found the juvenile there. 17-year-old Janiya Lashav Miller was still in possession of the stolen phones,\u201d the Fox article read.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Authorities called the girl an accomplice and said Miller admitted to acting as the getaway driver during the incident at Costco:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"7\">\n<p>Officers also found 17-year-old James Level. The affidavit says he admitted to being involved and owning the gun the juvenile used to kill Elbanna and admitted the group of four committed two other robberies Tuesday. The wallet of the owner of the stolen ford pickup was still in Level\u2019s pocket.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Jacoby Bryce Tatum, 19, was also taken into custody at the apartments.
