Anthony List #ModernizeOurLaw (@SBAList) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SBAList\/status\/1460992761679728646?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 17, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The national pro-life organization will devote $2.5 million for television and digital <a href=\"https:\/\/modernizeourlaw.com\/\">ads<\/a> in advance of arguments December 1 in <em>Dobbs v. Jackson Women\u2019s Health Organization, <\/em>a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/05\/17\/supreme-court-to-hear-historic-mississippi-abortion-case\/\">case<\/a> challenging Mississippi\u2019s Gestational Age Act, a measure that would limit abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p>The case poses&nbsp;the most significant&nbsp;challenge&nbsp;in decades to the right to abortion created by the Supreme Court in its <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>&nbsp;decision in 1973.<\/p>\n<p>SBA List <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sba-list.org\/newsroom\/press-releases\/sba-list-launches-tv-digital-buy-as-part-of-10m-ad-campaign-for-landmark-abortion-case\">plans<\/a> to focus its television and digital ads in the Washington, DC, market and key battleground states, a press release stated.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The ads feature Annie Fitzgerald,&nbsp;a young woman who was adopted at six months; John Bruchalski,&nbsp;M.D., a practicing OB\/GYN who regrets having performed abortions; and Casey L. Delcoco,&nbsp;M.D., a full spectrum family medicine physician who cares for pregnant mothers and their children.<\/p>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Annie Fitzgerald\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Yj9085MrL2A?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<br \/>The ads emphasize the scientific and technological advances that \u201creveal the humanity of unborn children and the extremism of U.S. policy that allows unlimited late-term abortion up to birth,\u201d the release added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cScience continually affirms the humanity of unborn children,\u201d said SBA List President Marjorie Dannenfelser in the statement, as she explained further:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"15\">\n<p>By 15 weeks, children in the womb have fully formed noses and lips, eyelids and eyebrows; they can suck their thumb, and even feel pain. The U.S. is one of seven nations \u2013 including China and North Korea \u2013 that allow late-term abortion on demand more than halfway through pregnancy, well after unborn babies feel pain.
