Under the OSHA rule, employers with over 100 employees must implement vaccinate requirements or mandate routine testing for unvaccinated workers. Scott Applewhite)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The joint resolution reads:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote readability=\"11\">\n<p><em>Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/em>That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Depart of Labor relation to \u201cCOVID-19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard\u201d 986 Fed. Reg. 61402 (November 5, 2021)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe broad support that our Congressional Review Act resolution has garnered sends a clear message to President Biden: The American people are fed up with the mandates and government control,\u201d Keller said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur nation faces a host of crises created by this administration, including supply chain challenges and skyrocketing costs for everyday goods and services. President Biden\u2019s illegal vaccine mandate is crippling for Main Street job creators and workers,\u201d he continued, promising Republicans will \u201cdo everything we can to oppose this authoritarian rule.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/04\/sen-mike-braun-plans-use-congressional-review-act-nullify-biden-vaccine-mandate\/\">introduced<\/a> a companion bill in the Senate, another CRA resolution which has garnered the support of all 50 Republicans in the Senate. This is significant, as a CRA \u201c<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=2ahUKEwiQl6S6jf_zAhWyMn0KHbyeD4sQFnoECAQQAQ&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com%2Fpolitics%2F2017%2F04%2F15%2Ftrump-congressional-review-act-legislative-milestone%2F&amp;usg=AOvVaw0Dt8Rd5ofF4gUbuy4X5WN7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">allows<\/a> Congress to block any executive branch rule with only a simple majority in the Senate,\u201d effectively putting moderate or swing state Democrats in the hot seat, as they have a one member majority. That includes&nbsp;Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Maggie Hassan (D-NH), both of whom are up for reelection next year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI got to believe a few of them [Democrats] are going to say, \u2018Wait.
