He was fighting like a banshee. He just has a really bad case.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Of course, it was his own decision to charge the then-17-year-old Rittenhouse with murder for shooting&nbsp;three psychopathic criminals&nbsp;who were attacking him at the BLM\/Antifa riots in Kenosha last year. (That, by the way, is a more accurate summary of the evidence than anything Binger said.)<\/p>\n<p>In his closing argument, Binger decided to ignore his loser case and argue an entirely different case, for which&nbsp;it seems&nbsp;no evidence had been adduced. Binger posited that Rittenhouse was an \u201cactive shooter\u201d \u2014 like at Sandy Hook Elementary or Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.<\/p>\n<p>Forget that Rittenhouse was not at a grade school, but in the middle of a riot that did&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenoshanews.com\/news\/local\/damage-due-to-rioting-unrest-in-kenosha-tops-50-million-2-000-guard-assisted-here\/article_26473ec9-c08a-5490-9d09-cc2b840b65f1.html\">$50 million<\/a>&nbsp;in damage to the town of Kenosha. Forget that rioters were beating up random people they encountered, including a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenoshanews.com\/news\/kenosha-man-71-attacked-in-uptown-riot\/article_52a5eae9-74ae-54b0-9543-b2d1709d8874.html\">71-year-old man<\/a>&nbsp;protecting a mattress store from being looted, who had his jaw and nose broken by a water bottle filled with concrete \u2014 hurled by \u201cunarmed\u201d protesters.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Name one \u201cactive shooter\u201d in history who strolled about with a gun for hours, not shooting anyone \u2014 until he was chased, cornered, and assaulted. (Adam Rogan\/The Journal Times via AP)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>But according to Binger, the collection of mental patients, domestic violence offenders, and pedophiles attacking Rittenhouse were \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rev.com\/blog\/transcripts\/kyle-rittenhouse-trial-prosecution-closing-statement-transcript\">heroes<\/a>,\u201d just trying to stop the \u201cactive shooter\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>Thus, Binger said:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI want you to keep in mind that we\u2019ve all read stories and heard about heroes that step in to stop an active shooter, or to give their life to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rev.com\/blog\/transcripts\/kyle-rittenhouse-trial-prosecution-closing-statement-transcript\">save others<\/a>. In fact, many people in Wisconsin went out and got carry and conceal weapon permits just so that they could be there in case there was an active shooter, and wanting to stop them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yes, apparently Joseph Rosenbaum, Anthony Huber, and Gaige Grosskreutz were in Kenosha that night to feed the hungry and minister to orphans when, out of nowhere, Rittenhouse \u2014 WHO ONCE POSTED SOMETHING JUVENILE ON TIKTOK! \u2014 decided to start randomly shooting innocents!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>If Binger had tried to introduce \u2014 what do we call it again? \u2014&nbsp;<em>evidence<\/em>&nbsp;that the men attacking Rittenhouse were Boy Scouts doing good works, the defense could have introduced the bales of evidence that were being withheld from the jury. (Sean Krajacic-Pool\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>But it\u2019s pretty sleazy for a prosecutor to rely on the jurors\u2019 ignorance of excluded evidence to paint a picture&nbsp;<em>he must know to be false<\/em>&nbsp;of the men who attacked the defendant and their pure-as-snow motives.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>The first degenerate criminal Rittenhouse shot, Joseph Rosenbaum, out on bond for domestic battery, had been released from a mental institution that very day. He was a convicted felon \u2014 for anally and orally raping five boys ranging in age from 9 to 11 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Luckily for Binger, the jury was not told any of that. So he was free to fantasize about the humanitarian impulses surging through the pedophile mental patient when he lunged at Rittenhouse, shouting \u201cF**k you!\u201d (attested to by two witnesses). Rosenbaum, Binger told the jury, was only trying to<em>&nbsp;\u201cstop the defendant from pointing his gun or shooting anyone.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yes, and then he planned to collect alms for the poor.<\/p>\n<p>So concerned was Rosenbaum with keeping everybody safe that he screamed at the defendant and other armed civilians, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10165419\/Juror-DISMISSED-Kyle-Rittenhouse-trial-making-racial-joke-Jacob-Blake.html\">If I catch any of you f****** alone, I\u2019m going to f****** kill you<\/a>.\u201d (That\u2019s according to two witnesses at trial.)<\/p>\n<p>Anthony Huber, who swung a skateboard at the head of the fallen Rittenhouse, was also a convicted felon for two separate instances of domestic violence, including holding a knife to his brother\u2019s stomach and threatening to \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10169537\/Witness-testifies-Kyle-Rittenhouses-victim-asked-bluntly-shot.html\">gut\u201d him \u201clike a pig<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But the prosecutor&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/11\/05\/kyle-rittenhouses-lawyer-says-victim-anthony-huber-has-violent-past\/\">made damn sure<\/a>&nbsp;that the jury would never hear about that, not asking a state witness about Huber\u2019s character, specifically in order to prevent the defense from introducing evidence of his violent crimes. This allowed Binger to tell the jurors in closing that Huber was merely \u201ctrying to be a hero and stop an active shooter and protect others.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yes, \u201cprotection\u201d is practically Gut-You-Like-a-Pig\u2019s middle name!<\/p>\n<p>Gaige Grosskreutz is the one who admitted under oath that Rittenhouse didn\u2019t shoot until Grosskreutz pointed a Glock at his head. (\u201cAdmitted\u201d in the sense of:&nbsp;<em>There was&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsinrightnow.com\/2021\/11\/08\/gaige-grosskreutz-testifies\/\">video<\/a>, so to say otherwise would have been perjury.<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>Grosskreutz is a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10203911\/Sole-survivor-Kyle-Rittenhouse-career-criminal-charges-dropped-just-trial.html\">career criminal with police records<\/a>&nbsp;for domestic abuse, prowling, trespass, two DUIs, felony burglary, and two charges of carrying a firearm while intoxicated. All this was kept from the jury. (Scott Olson\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The deranged individual called \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/heavy.com\/news\/kyle-rittenhouse-shooting-video-photos-graphic\/\">Jump Kick Man<\/a>,\u201d who did a dropkick directly at Rittenhouse\u2019s head, was never identified so, sadly, his undoubtedly exciting rap sheet is unavailable.<\/p>\n<p>But he\u2019s a hero too!<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s Binger\u2019s version of the freaks and felons making near-simultaneous runs at Rittenhouse, as he sat, where he\u2019d fallen, in the middle of the street:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd that crowd was full of heroes. And that crowd did something that honestly I\u2019m not sure I would\u2019ve had the courage to do. If I see a guy running up the street with an AR-15 and I hear he just shot somebody, my first instinct is not to approach. Anthony Huber was different. Jump Kick Man was different. Gaige Grosskreutz was different.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This is the&nbsp;<em>prosecutor<\/em>&nbsp;calling stranglers, burglars, and elderly abusers \u201cheroes\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>The only monster in this sea of angels, according to Binger, was Rittenhouse. The prosecutor alerted the jury to Rittenhouse\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ladbible.com\/news\/news-kyle-rittenhouse-prosecutor-drops-his-tiktok-profile-for-one-last-time-20211116\">sick and dark<\/a>&nbsp;past: His TikTok account has the profile name \u201c4doorsmorewhores\u201d and the tagline, \u201cBruh, I\u2019m just trying to be famous.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, there\u2019s no evidence Rittenhouse violently attacked family members, burgled homes, or raped little kids. (At the same age, Grosskreutz was&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10203911\/Sole-survivor-Kyle-Rittenhouse-career-criminal-charges-dropped-just-trial.html\">beating up his grandmother<\/a>. GoFundMe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nationalfile.com\/gofundme-nukes-kyle-rittenhouse-fundraiser-allows-blm-rioters-to-receive-over-1-3m-in-bail-donations\/\">refused<\/a>&nbsp;to allow Rittenhouse\u2019s friends to raise money for his defense. People who did&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.defensivecarry.com\/threads\/officer-fired-for-dontating-25-to-kyle-rittenhouse-fund.481802\/page-2\">contribute<\/a>&nbsp;were hunted down,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/csnbbs.com\/thread-920855.html\">doxxed<\/a>, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lawenforcementtoday.com\/norfolk-police-officer-fired-from-force-for-donating-25-to-rittenhouse-fund\/\">fired<\/a>.
