Her arrest had previously been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-nominee-saule-omarova-arrested-theft\">reported<\/a>&nbsp;by Fox News, but the police report offers new details on the incident.<\/p>\n<p>She asked to pay for the items, and cooperated fully with the security guard, according to the report. Her charges were later dropped through Wisconsin\u2019s first offender program, Fox News reported.<\/p>\n<p>Omarova\u2019s Senate Banking Committee hearing is scheduled for Thursday, and she is likely to meet stiff opposition from Republicans who have harshly <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/12\/republicans-call-out-saule-omarova-anti-carbon\/\">criticized<\/a>&nbsp;her policy positions.
