The Daily Wire is at the forefront of the legal fight after the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, where The Daily Wire filed suit against the Biden administration, was picked via lottery to consolidate numerous legal challenges over the vaccine order.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you run a business and you\u2019ve spent the last few weeks preparing to go along with the Biden plan, I get it. The government has brought enormous pressure to bear and the fines they\u2019re threatening for non-compliance are staggering and could break any company,\u201d Boreing said in the latest episode of \u201cEnough.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut here\u2019s the thing: Unless you\u2019re a government contractor or subject to the health care worker vax requirement or some local or state policy, none of that is in play at the moment. They filed the legal challenge against the Biden administration on November 4, hours after OSHA published roughly 500-pages worth of regulations and standards over the rule in question.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the legal challenges and a 5th Circuit Court order to stay the rule, the White House has continued to pressure companies to implement the mandate. \u201cWe say: Do not wait to take actions that will keep your workplace safe.
