According to OSHA, \u201cWhile OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The consolidated cases against OSHA will now be taken up by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals \u2013 the circuit in which The Daily Wire has filed the first lawsuit against the vaccine mandate. And just because OSHA has complied with court order and avoided implementation of its unconstitutional mandate doesn\u2019t mean that we\u2019re at the end of the fight.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re far closer to the beginning.<\/p>\n<p>The case will be adjudicated in the Sixth Circuit; we have expended hundreds of thousands of dollars on legal fees in order to fight in favor of employee freedom and bodily autonomy. In all likelihood, this case will end up at the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>But for now, there is no vaccine mandate in place. And that\u2019s a good thing \u2013 for employers, for employees, and for the country.<\/p>\n<p>We said on Day 1 that we would not comply with the vaccine mandate. But many other businesses have complied with the mandate, concerned about the Biden administration\u2019s coercive measures.<\/p>\n<p>That should and must stop today. We know that there are tens of thousands of employers who want their employees to have the ability to make their own decisions about vaccination. Now is the time for them to stand up. The mandate is no longer in place; don\u2019t make the Biden administration\u2019s job easier. Force them to embrace their own tyrannical impulses.
