Reg. 61402) (\u201cETS\u201d),\u201d an update on OSHA\u2019s website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osha.gov\/coronavirus\/ets2\">states<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.krcl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/5th-Circuit-Opinion-11.12.2021-1.pdf\">court order<\/a>, OSHA is to \u201ctake no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cWhile OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation,\u201d OSHA added:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"7.0819672131148\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/BREAKING?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#BREAKING<\/a>: OSHA announces it will comply with the 5th Circuit&#8217;s court order. The agency says it has suspended implementation and enforcement of its vaccine mandate. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/pCZDZjeqwB\">pic.twitter.com\/pCZDZjeqwB<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Election Wizard (@ElectionWiz) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ElectionWiz\/status\/1461001146445840386?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 17, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>OSHA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/04\/osha-rule-imposes-burdens-on-the-unvaccinated-does-not-require-employers-to-pay-for-any-costs-associated-with-testing\/\">published<\/a> the&nbsp;Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) this month, laying out the requirements for employers who employ over 100 workers.<\/p>\n<p>The legal challenges came swiftly following the announcement of the rule, which requires employers with over 100 employees to mandate vaccines or implement rigorous testing requirements. The cost of the latter remains on unvaccinated employees, amounting to a \u201cwork tax,\u201d as OSHA, specifically,&nbsp;\u201cdoes not require employers to pay for any costs associated with testing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The rule prompted businesses, as well as multiple states, to take action, deeming the rule unconstitutional.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\" readability=\"17.805194805195\">\n<p>\u201cThis is 500 pages of a government of a bureaucracy \u2014 a&nbsp;government that is being run by executive edict, not in accordance with the typical constitute processes, and the state of Florida is going to respond,\u201d Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) announced following the release of OSHA\u2019s rule.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd we will combat the OSHA rule. As soon as it\u2019s published, Florida will be joining with Georgia and Alabama, as well with private plaintiffs to file suit,\u201d he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/05\/desantis-announces-lawsuit-challenging-bidens-osha-vaccine-mandate\/\">vowed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The rule, which could affect 80 million American workers, was slated to go into effect January 4.
