French Hill (R-AR) warned that President Joe Biden\u2019s reshaping of the Federal Reserve could result in the country being \u201ctaken over by inflation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hill voiced his concern about the Fed losing its independence combined with all of the social spending. He argued that \u201cwe\u2019re going to lose our country.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m concerned about the Fed \u2026 losing its independence,\u201d Hill stated. \u201cAnd Lael Brainard is the progressive choice, as you suggest, but there are also two other critical open positions on the Fed. And Democrats support Modern Monetary Theory, which means that we can print as much money we want and spend as much money we want, and there are no consequences to the American taxpayer or the American citizens. That\u2019s crazy.
