The committee, which is chaired by Rep. Santiago\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cNext November, American voters will have to choose between betting on House Republicans\u2019 dangerous, chaotic agenda that divides Americans and does nothing to make their family\u2019s lives better and House Democrats who have fought to end the COVID-19 pandemic, reopened our schools, got Americans back to work, and delivered on game-changing legislation to improve their lives. We believe the American people will make the right bet on progress over chaos,\u201d the memo continues.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>In the memo, the DCCC propped up what it views as achievements and repeated promises which have to yet be fulfilled. The memo claimed Democrats are \u201ccrushing COVID-19 and rescuing the economy with more than 400 million shots in arms and five million workers back on the job.\u201d The memo did not qualify many of its claims with evidence, however. In fact, the Chinese coronavirus is still rearing its ugly head \u2014 right now, masked-up, Democrat-run California is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/09\/masked-up-california-reporting-4x-more-daily-cases-florida\/\">reporting<\/a> four times more cases than Florida. The economy has also not been \u201crescued\u201d; inflation is rampant and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/11\/bidneflation-wages\/\">crushing<\/a> real wages for American workers, with consumer prices soaring 6.2 percent, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/10\/consumer-prices-soar-6-2\/\">fastest<\/a> rate of inflation&nbsp;since 1990.<\/p>\n<p>The committee gushed over President Joe Biden\u2019s recently signed&nbsp;<span>Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act<\/span>, claiming his Build Back Better agenda will have an\u201dimmediate impact on Americans\u2019 lives.\u201d In contrast,&nbsp;the Congressional Budget Office\u2019s (CBO) analysis of the legislation<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/08\/06\/democrat-infrastructure-bill-would-increase-deficits-256-billion\/\"> shows<\/a> it will increase deficits by $256 billion over the next decade. The memo also expressed hope for the future of the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, and the Women\u2019s Health Protection Act, which the DCCC called \u201creproductive care.\u201d Notably, the Women\u2019s Health Protection Act would, if signed into law, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/10\/democrats-reintroduce-unlimited-abortion-bill-disguised-womens-health-act\/\">allow<\/a> unlimited abortion in any state in the nation.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, Biden\u2019s approval has&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/08\/cnn-poll-only-15-percent-americans-strongly-approve-joe-biden-performance\/\">hit<\/a> new lows \u2014 the Democrat president is losing support among some of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/22\/poll-biden-loses-big-with-hispanic-independent-voters\/\">demographics<\/a> who secured him a win in 2020 as he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/09\/30\/poll-president-biden-loses-support-on-key-issues-mainly-driven-by-decrease-in-support-from-independent-voters\/\">falters<\/a> on the economy, immigration, the Afghanistan withdrawal, and crime. Democrats have been especially <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/02\/bloodbath-dems-analyze-glenn-youngkin-election-victory\/\">nervous<\/a> since Republican Glenn Youngkin won the Virginia governor race by pointedly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/03\/critical-race-theory-top-issue-virginia-election-democrats-insist-isnt-real\/\">campaigning<\/a> against Democrat ideology, government overreach, and Critical Race Theory. (Chip Somodevilla\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In contrast, the DCCC claimed that House Republicans \u201cface an uphill battle convincing battleground voters to support them.\u201d National Republican Congressional Committee [NRCC] spokesman Mike Berg told Fox News that Democrats have \u201cno coherent strategy or message.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe DCCC releasing a one-year out memo a week late embodies their incompetence,\u201d Berg said in a statement Monday. \u201cThey have no coherent strategy or message, and their memo isn\u2019t worth the paper it\u2019s written on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Katherine Hamilton is a political reporter for Breitbart News.
