That Rittenhouse acted in self-dense is not even up for debate. We have the video.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Another bogus charge against Rittenhouse was the allegation he was illegally carrying a firearm on the night in question\u2014during the Black Lives Matter riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last August, which the media\u2019s Jacob Blake Hoax caused.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, the judge in the Rittenhouse murder trial, Judge Bruce Schroeder, tossed the firearms charge against Rittenhouse and did so without any dispute from the prosecution. Why? Because Rittenhouse was CLEARLY within his legal rights carrying that firearm. No laws were broken. Period.<\/p>\n<p>At age 17, he was old enough to carry that AR-15.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Nevertheless, back in August of last year, the serial liars at far-left PolitiFact ruled the following Facebook post as \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/16\/politifact-rittenhouse-gun-judge-charge\/\">false<\/a>\u201c: \u201cAt 17 years old Kyle (Rittenhouse) was perfectly legal to be able to possess that rifle without parental supervision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And now, although the judge has made it CLEAR, it was. in fact,&nbsp;<strong>perfectly legal<\/strong> for Rittenhouse to possess that rifle, and now that even the prosecution made that clear by not disputing the dismissal, the serial liars at left-wing PolitiFact are STILL labeling this objective fact as false, still refusing to correct their fake ruling.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/16\/politifact-rittenhouse-gun-judge-charge\/\">justification<\/a> for this is a classic case of PolitiFact dissembling:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"12\">\n<p>Whether Rittenhouse violated Wisconsin law by possessing a firearm underage is the subject of ongoing litigation. But the Facebook post claimed that it was \u201cperfectly legal\u201d for the teenager to carry an assault-style rifle in Kenosha.<\/p>\n<p>At best, that\u2019s unproven. At worst, it\u2019s inaccurate. Either way, we rate the post False.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The law is the law is the law.<\/p>\n<p>There is no grey area.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Either it\u2019s legal, or it\u2019s illegal.<\/p>\n<p>Either you are pregnant, or you are not,<\/p>\n<p>And if it\u2019s legal, it is PERFECTLY LEGAL.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, now that a judge has ruled that Rittenhouse did not break the law while possessing that firearm, that means it was LEGAL for him to possess that firearm. Therefore it was PERFECTLY LEGAL for him to possess that firearm.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to grasp just how devious and dishonest PolitiFact is, just how desperate PolitiFact is to prove it still has enough influence to incite riots in Democrat-run neighborhoods, there are countless examples \u2014 <em>countless examples<\/em> \u2014 PolitiFact could fact check people saying Rittenhouse was illegally carrying a gun. But these fake\u201d journalists\u201d have not ruled a single one of those\u201dfalse,\u201d even though they clearly are\u201dfalse.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>PolitiFact is so craven and dishonest; it even labeled as\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20211102192705\/https:\/www.politifact.com\/factchecks\/2020\/sep\/01\/gwen-moore\/kenosha-police-did-let-kyle-rittenhouse-go-claim-g\/\">half true\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;the smearing of Kyle Rittenhouse as a\u201dwhite supremacist.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And the media wonder why the only influence they have is to incite Democrats to riot in Democrat-run neighborhoods. Beyond that, the media are done, a laughingstock.<\/p>\n<p>Trolls.
