Note that expressing support for Antifa and Black Lives Matter, the groups that&nbsp;<em>started&nbsp;<\/em>the violence in Kenosha and in many other American cities that summer, is still allowed on the platform.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, if you express disagreement with the far-left, racist, pro-violence, pro-looting movement inside Facebook, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2016\/02\/26\/zuckerberg-reprimands-facebook-staff-for-rejecting-black-lives-matter\/\">Mark Zuckerberg himself will reprimand you<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also no Facebook ban on supporting Rittenhouse\u2019s weapon-wielding assailants, or the assailants who attempted to grab his gun, including convicted child molester Joseph Rosenbaum.<\/p>\n<p>While it seems to have relaxed its enforcement, Twitter implemented similar policies shortly after the Kenosha riot, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2020\/08\/30\/journalist-cassandra-fairbanks-suspended-from-twitter-over-kyle-rittenhouse-support\/\">suspending users \u2014 including journalists <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2020\/08\/30\/journalist-cassandra-fairbanks-suspended-from-twitter-over-kyle-rittenhouse-support\/\">\u2014<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2020\/08\/30\/journalist-cassandra-fairbanks-suspended-from-twitter-over-kyle-rittenhouse-support\/\"> for expressing support for Rittenhouse<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Like Facebook, Twitter implemented no such ban on expressing support for the rioters, or for Rittenhouse\u2019s assailants. In fact, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2020\/05\/31\/twitter-allows-looters-to-coordinate-criminal-behavior-while-it-declares-blacklivesmatter\/\">as Breitbart News reported at the time<\/a>, Twitter allowed looters to use its platform to coordinate criminal behavior during the summer riots.<\/p>\n<p>If Silicon Valley leftists had their way, Rittenhouse wouldn\u2019t be able to raise money for his legal fees either. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2020\/aug\/27\/kyle-rittenhouse-gofundme-campaigns-removed\/\">GoFundMe banned all fundraisers<\/a> in support of the teenager shortly after the Kenosha riot.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>A Christian-owned fundraising platform stepped in to fill the void \u2014 and was promptly hacked by leftists, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2021\/apr\/16\/us-police-officers-public-officials-crowdfunding-website-data-breach\">who the media characterized as \u201ctransparency activists\u201d<\/a> as they published people\u2019s private transaction histories.<\/p>\n<p>Naturally, Twitter didn\u2019t use its \u201chacked materials\u201d policy to stop the spread of the hacked information (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2021\/11\/13\/twitters-treatment-of-project-veritas-reveals-double-standard-on-leaked-materials\/\">the excuse they used to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Far from banning support for left-wing criminality and violence, including deadly violence (the riots claimed dozens of lives), Big Tech platforms suppress their victims.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>After a member of the conservative organization Patriot Prayer was murdered in cold blood by an Antifa supporter in Portland, Oregon, Facebook responded not by banning Antifa, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2020\/09\/04\/facebook-purges-patriot-prayer-after-member-killed-by-antifa\/\">but by banning Patriot Prayer<\/a>. The examples are endless.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of the Rittenhouse trial, bans on support for Rittenhouse serve another purpose. They prevent his advocates from defending him in the court of public opinion, a court which \u2014 thanks to the left and the establishment media \u2014 is now more important than ever.<\/p>\n<p>Because they face no opposition, rabid leftists on the platform, including Antifa and Black Lives Matter supporters who are allowed to run rampant despite their consistent support for violence and looting, face no opposition. Their smears of Rittenhouse (and the presiding judge) grow ever more deranged. They are convinced that Rittenhouse is guilty, and no one is allowed to convince them otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>As such, they are more likely to lose their minds if Rittenhouse is found innocent. And, again, these are people who are fond of rioting.
