That\u2019s a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aspeninstitute.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Aspen-Institute_Commission-on-Information-Disorder_Final-Report.pdf\">ccording to a report released by the Aspen Institute\u2019s Commission on Information Disorder<\/a> on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The report details the supposed dangers on the internet, describing it as a \u201cfertile ground for those who wish to undermine confidence\u201d in the 2020 election. It recommends the U.S. government and private sector must team up to create new internet norms. The new internet norms would apparently \u201chold super-spreaders of misinformation to account\u201d with personal and professional consequences.<\/p>\n<p>While speaking with the Aspen Institute Monday, one of the commission\u2019s co-chairs, Rashad Robinson, responded to concerns about whether this violates the First Amendment.
