Use statutory schemes never before interpreted to allow federal vaccine mandates to shoehorn the President\u2019s goals into the fabric of American society.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/10\/trucking-retail-groups-sue-joe-biden-vaccine-mandate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">suit<\/a> argues against the mandate requiring Medicare and Medicaid health care workers to be vaccinated is unconstitutional and harms patient care as employees are forced to either take the shot or lose their job.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Vaccine Mandate causes grave danger to vulnerable persons whom Medicare and Medicaid were designed to protect \u2013 the poor, sick, and elderly \u2013 by forcing the termination of millions of \u2018healthcare heroes\u2019,\u201d the suit reads.<\/p>\n<p>The states\u2019 are asking for a <a href=\"https:\/\/dojmt.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/CMS-PI-Motion-final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">preliminary injunction<\/a> to halt the enforcement of the mandate.<\/p>\n<p>Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen <a href=\"https:\/\/dojmt.gov\/attorney-general-knudsen-leads-multi-state-lawsuit-against-biden-healthcare-worker-jab-or-job-mandate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">called<\/a> the mandate as \u201cunconstitutional power grab.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe federal mandates are not about health \u2013 they are about forced compliance. Healthcare workers should be allowed to make their own decisions about their health \u2013 not President Biden. If his unprecedented overreach is not stopped, healthcare workers will lose their jobs threatening access to medical care that Montanans need.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alabamaag.gov\/newsviewer\/eba9ffc2-6ff8-456e-b616-98f0844b3924\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a> \u201cthis is about so much more than vaccines.
