Rittenhouse is a murderous thug and trying to protect him says a LOT about this judge.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Presumably, the email came in reaction to the judge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/judge-men-shot-by-kyle-rittenhouse-not-victims-but-rioters-and-looters-during-arguments\">ruling<\/a> in a pre-trial hearing for the case that&nbsp;prosecutors are barred from referring to the men shot by Rittenhouse as \u201cvictims,\u201d while the defense team was permitted to refer to them as \u201crioters\u201d and \u201clooters,\u201d if they can provide evidence to back up the terms.<\/p>\n<p>Though the prosecution become upset, the ruling is not uncommon when the defendant is claiming self-defense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">\u201cWe are watching,\u201d the message continues. \u201cEnjoy your term, judge, it\u2019s going to be your LAST. If I ever meet you in person, I fully intend to spit directly into your face, regardless the cost. You\u2019re disgusting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another chilling message wishes \u201cthe most heinous homicide known to man\u201d on Schroeder\u2019s children. \u201cOne day hope his kids become victims to the most heinous homicide known to man so he feels the pain an[sic] we will not call his kids victims,\u201d it reads.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWow way to name a white skinhead hot head to be a judge,\u201d another message says. \u201cNo wonder they burn down your city.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">\u201cI didn\u2019t know that under your black robes of justice you wear a white robe of the klan,\u201d one message reads, accusing the judge of being a secret member of the KKK. \u201cThere is no way a fair trial can be heard under your supervision. Better yet, resign.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Schroeder has become a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/media-lose-it-over-rittenhouse-judges-joke-about-asian-food-and-supply-chain-holdups\">target<\/a> of the Left and the media, presumably for being \u201cright-wing,\u201d as supposedly evidenced by silly things like the judge\u2019s patriotic ringtone.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, the judge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-judge-tells-jury-not-to-listen-to-biden-news-media-trump-sends-jury-home\">dismissed<\/a> the jury for the night emphasizing to them they have an obligation to render a fair verdict, not based on his presumed opinion, news media, or comments from President Joe Biden, or his predecessor President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe time has now come where the great burden of reaching a just, fair, and conscientious decision in this case will be placed totally with you.
