Seventy-two percent who identified as Republican said he has done less than expected, with only eight percent saying he has done more; and 20 percent said the president has done \u201cabout as much as expected.\u201d Only 17 percent&nbsp;who identified as Democrats said Biden&nbsp;has done less than expected, with 44 percent&nbsp;saying he has done more, and 38 percent saying the president has done \u201cabout as much as expected.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, half (50 percent) of the independent respondents said he has done less, while only 14 percent&nbsp;said he has done more, and 38 percent said the president has done \u201cabout as much as expected.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;Hill-HarrisX <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/hilltv\/what-americas-thinking\/581547-poll-more-voters-say-biden-has-done-less-than-expected-since\">poll<\/a> was conducted between November 9 and 10, asking 921 registered voters, with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.2 percent.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The poll was released the same day the Biden White House <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/15\/white-house-introduces-kamala-harris-at-infrastructure-signing-ceremony-please-welcome-heather-kurtenbach\/\">held<\/a> a signing ceremony for the infrastructure package, one of Biden\u2019s only accomplishments so far in his administration.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Biden\u2019s approval has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/16\/poll-joe-bidens-job-approval-hits-new-low-at-36-percent\/\">plummeted<\/a> in recent months, going as low as&nbsp;36.4 percent, according to a Zogby poll taken in October.<\/p>\n<p>The Zogby <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/16\/poll-joe-bidens-job-approval-hits-new-low-at-36-percent\/\">poll<\/a> also showed that Biden \u2014&nbsp;within the first year of being in office \u2014 had already hemorrhaged support from&nbsp;most&nbsp;Hispanic voters (41 percent positive\/59 percent negative) and an overwhelming&nbsp;majority of independent voters&nbsp;(24 percent positive\/71 percent negative).<\/p>\n<p>The October CIVIQS rolling&nbsp;job approval average <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/23\/poll-biden-job-approval-underwater-in-41-states\/\">showed<\/a> that&nbsp;Biden\u2019s approval rating is underwater in&nbsp;41 states.<\/p>\n<p><i>Jacob Bliss is a reporter for Breitbart News.
