At most, he could face remaining in a juvenile prison until he turns 21, said Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberaj.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The suspect\u2019s mother told ABC7 News, \u201cMy son is young and has a lot to learn. I hope he is given the opportunity to be better.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In late October, Juvenile Court Judge Pamela Brooks <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2021\/10\/26\/teen-found-guilty-of-forcible-sodomy-in-loudoun-county-school-girls-bathroom-attack\/\">found<\/a> the boy guilty of forcible sodomy and forcible fellatio. The boy, dressed in a skirt, had entered the girls\u2019 bathroom at Stone Bridge High School, where he attacked the teen girl.<\/p>\n<p>At around the time of the attack, the school district was weighing a transgender bathroom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2021\/06\/22\/self-proclaimed-radical-feminists-slam-loudoun-county-school-board-over-transgender-policies\/\">policy<\/a> whereby students could use the bathrooms and locker rooms that correspond to their gender identity, rather than their biological sex.<\/p>\n<p>Scott Smith, whose daughter was assaulted during the first incident in May, had been dragged out of a school board meeting and arrested on June 22 after hearing school officials deny there had been reports of sexual assaults in the schools.<\/p>\n<p>Loudoun County Superintendent Scott Ziegler also stated he was unaware of any assaults happening in the bathrooms, but then later&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2021\/10\/16\/loudoun-county-school-superintendent-admits-failed-effort-to-provide-a-safe-environment-left-wing-board-member-resigns\/\">acknowledged<\/a>, following parents\u2019 outrage, the school district had \u201cfailed\u201d to provide safety for its students.<\/p>\n<p>The Loudoun County School District moved the teen suspect from Stone Bridge High School following the first attack and into Broad Run High.<\/p>\n<p>Jessica Smith, the mother of the first victim,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wjla.com\/features\/i-team\/loudoun-county-teen-pleads-no-contest-second-loudoun-county-sex-assault-case-broad-run-high\">said<\/a>&nbsp;in a statement:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"9\">\n<p>Today is not just another day for our family.
