The release comes more than three months after the family-friendly movie opened in U.S. cinemas and on the Disney+ streaming service.<\/p>\n<p>The movie, starring Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt, has so far grossed close to $214 million worldwide on a reported budget of about $200 million. Disney hasn\u2019t reported how many people have streamed the movie through Disney+, but the studio has reportedly committed to a sequel.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Watch below:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Disney&#039;s Jungle Cruise | Official Trailer\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/f_HvoipFcA8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>China has increasingly become a graveyard for Hollywood blockbusters as local audiences continue to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2021\/08\/27\/nolte-china-just-backstabbed-hollywood-and-i-feel-fine\/\">gravitate<\/a> toward domestic releases.<\/p>\n<p>Other recent disappointments include Paramount\u2019s <em>Snake Eyes<\/em>, Disney-Pixar\u2019s animated <em>Luca<\/em>, Warner Bros.\u2019 <em>Wonder Woman 1984<\/em>, and Disney\u2019s animated <em>Raya and the Last Dragon<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps more disconcerting to Hollywood executives is the number of blockbusters that China has denied a release. Disney-Marvel\u2019s <em>Black Widow<\/em> and <em>The Eternals<\/em> still have no Chinese release dates.
