U.S. District Court on November 18.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m never going to back down. They took on the wrong guy,\u201d Bannon <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Acyn\/status\/1460333844565880833?s=20\">told<\/a> reporters.&nbsp;\u201cThis is gonna be the misdemeanor from hell for Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cJoe Biden ordered Merrick Garland to prosecute me from the White House lawn when he got off Marine One,\u201d Bannon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurist.org\/news\/2021\/11\/steve-bannon-surrenders-to-fbi-after-contempt-of-congress-charge-related-to-january-6-insurrection\/\">claimed<\/a>.&nbsp;\u201cWe\u2019re tired of playing defense. We\u2019re going to go on the offense on this,\u201d against Joe Biden and the Chinese Communist Party.<\/p>\n<p>Bannon also said before&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RT_com\/status\/1460310222443106306\">turning<\/a>&nbsp;himself over to FBI agents that the populist movement is finding success with Hispanics and African Americans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe got the Hispanics coming on our side, African Americans coming on our side; we\u2019re taking down the Biden regime,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t want anybody to take their eye off the ball of what we do every day,\u201d Bannon continued. \u201cThis is all noise.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"zn-body__paragraph\" readability=\"33.755555555556\">Bannon was charged Friday on two counts of criminal contempt, the first for not appearing before Congress and the second for not turning over documents in reply to a congressional subpoena.
