The defense attorney literally chuckled at the notion that Rosenbaum was there to demonstrate on behalf of BLM while he\u2019s hurling racist anti-black language. He was there to \u201ccause trouble,\u201d Richards said.Rittenhouse was not an \u201cactive shooter,\u201d as prosecution claims, Richards argued.\u00a0The defense attorney showed footage of Rittenhouse trying to get to police following the fatal encounter with Rosenbaum. His client is walking past numerous people without even pointing his gun at them, let alone firing. If he was an \u201cactive shooter,\u201d he\u2019d be \u201cmowing\u201d them down, Richards said.
