He\u2019s a little dog that barks.\u201d He also tried to rehabilitate Rosenbaum\u2019s image, which he suggested had been unfairly tarnished by the defense.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThat happens a lot in homicide trials,\u2019 he said. \u201cBlame the victim, who can\u2019t speak for themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He went on to argue that Rosenbaum just happened to be at the riot. In a mocking voice, he revisited \u201call the awful things Joseph Rosenbaum did\u201d that night, including tipping over a portable toilet, and lighting a dumpster on fire.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, and he said some bad words,\u201d Binger said, tittering and shaking his finger. \u201cHe said the \u2018N-word\u2019!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He then admitted that had Rosenbaum been alive, he would have been tried for arson, but he had been allegedly murdered.<\/p>\n<p>Binger earlier&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/law-and-order\/2021\/11\/15\/watch-prosecutor-in-rittenhouse-case-praises-rioters-that-crowd-was-full-of-heroes\/\">argued<\/a> that the crowd had the \u201cright\u201d to chase Rittenhouse, and that their actions were \u201centirely reasonable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Joel B.
