Nancy Mace introduced a bill Monday that would decriminalize marijuana nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>The bill, titled the States Reform Act, would strike marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act while still allowing states to regulate the drug as they see fit, a news release&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/natsfert\/status\/1460306754852556806\/photo\/1\">touting<\/a>&nbsp;the legislation said. It would establish a 3% federal marijuana tax which would help \u201cfund law enforcement, small businesses and veterans mental health initiatives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c<\/strong>Every state is different.
